Refund Policy

Clear, fair refund terms.

At AMA eSIM we aim to provide the best possible service. Still, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. Here are our terms for refunds:

1. When can you request a refund?

Technical Fault

If the eSIM does not work because of a technical problem on our network and we are unable to fix it.

Non-delivery

If you have not received the QR code by email within a reasonable time and you no longer wish to wait.

2. Cases where NO refund is offered

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund in the following cases:

  • If your device is not eSIM-compatible or is carrier-locked.
  • If you have changed your mind after installing or scanning the QR code.
  • If the eSIM was mistakenly deleted from your phone settings.

Check before you buy

It is your responsibility to confirm your device supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked BEFORE making a purchase. You can verify eSIM support in your device settings or with your manufacturer. Orders cannot be refunded for device incompatibility.

3. Time frame

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. Once a request is approved, funds will be returned to your bank account within 5-10 business days.
