- iPhones bought in mainland China have no eSIM (incl. iPhone 11-13, XS Max, XR).
- Hong Kong / Macau: only iPhone 13 mini, 12 mini, SE (2nd gen) and XS have eSIM.
- iPhone 13/14 and newer can run two eSIMs at the same time.
- iPads: cellular models only; mainland-China iPads ship without eSIM.
